I want to personally invite you to take a look at the online auction that supports the IHCA Scholarship Program. Through this Scholarship Program, university students attending Austin-area universities qualify to apply for scholarships to assist in their studies abroad and international students studying at the University of Texas at Austin are eligible to apply for scholarships to help with studies in their chosen fields. This cultural exchange among university students helps them as they begin their journey toward citizen diplomacy.
